SHIPPING POLICY

1. Little Beans currently ships within West Malaysia only.

2. For shipping or courier service, we will use reputable companies only. If you are a registered in Little Beans, you can keep track on your order status at “My Orders”. All orders requires a receivers signature in order to minimize the chances of missing shipment .

3. It is the customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Little Beans is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. You can contact us regarding this issue at littlebeansbabies@gmail.com or 03-92211148.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Little Beans. We hope you love your purchase. However, when goods are faulty or wrongly described, you are welcome to choose between a refunds, exchange, or credit note, provided our return policy conditions are met.


Please note that Little Beans does not entertain cancellations once an order is confirmed and paid. If an order is cancelled due to the unavailability of products or our inability to deliver the products within the agreed time frame.


All returns must be approve by from Little Beans department before proceeding to the next step. Customer need to submit the requisition via “Contact Us” and fill the “Feedback” column. All requisition of returns must be done within 7 days from the date of goods received. Please note that returns policy does not apply to promotional items and textile products such as towel, bed sheet, comforter and etc.


Kindly ensure that all items are in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and with labels and all accessories intact. All products must be returned in good condition. Refund items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.


For all types of claims, please attach our original invoices and dispatch note together with your product(s).
